In an era of legal hyper-specialization, my practice is uncommonly traditional, in that I am more or less a business
generalist. By way of example and not limitation, I handle the following:

however, I bring to the table a strong rolodex of tested, outside
counsel specialists for referral and, when it makes good financial sense, co-counsel
arrangements. Likewise, I am adept at working within existing outside counsel relationships to find the "sweet spot" whereby a client's interests and budget are best served.
